Omar Mojahad is a founding member of Foreign Step, with experience in visa documentation, application planning, and client relationship management. His work includes supporting complex cases and coordinating with registered migration agents, licensed immigration advisers, immigration lawyers, and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs). Omar believes every applicant’s circumstances deserve individual attention. His approach combines careful document preparation, thoughtful planning, and a clear understanding of each client’s background and objectives. He recognises that successful case preparation requires diligence and sound judgment, with no universal formula or shortcut. Honesty, transparency, and lasting client relationships are central to his work. He prioritises clear communication and realistic expectations, helping clients understand their documentation requirements and the steps ahead. Alongside his work at Foreign Step, Omar contributes to Lattu AI as an Immigration Specialist, bringing practical immigration knowledge to an education technology platform serving Bangladeshi students. His contributions also extend to growth and development planning for its website and app. His ability to manage multiple responsibilities connects client service, strategic planning, and digital platform development.

An Entrepreneur with expertise in sustainable business development and operations, with nine years of leadership experience. My work centres on optimising operational business systems, scaling sustainable business models, and empowering Individuals. Currently, I am the founder and co-leader of Arka Creative Services, providing content generation and digital marketing for Pharma products at Renata Bangladesh. Potato Garage, an agri-tech venture with the vision of connecting farmers with enterprise retailers like Shwapno in Rangpur city. Dreamers Bangladesh, driving nationwide SDG initiatives. And Managing Partner at Foreign Step an Educational consultancy firm. My leadership journey began in 2017, training future Officer Cadets, instilling a lifelong commitment to service, continuous learning, and helping others dream big.

A Finance graduate from North South University, I bring diverse experience in business development, team leadership, sales operations, marketing coordination, and client relationship management. I began my career as a Business Development Executive in the flight booking industry, where I spent six months before being promoted to Business Lead, a role I held for one and a half years. During this time, I led a team, managed sales leads and customer interactions, and contributed to marketing quality control by reviewing promotional content, providing strategic guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency. Currently, I am contributing to ForeignStep, an education consultancy firm, where I manage partnerships, coordinate student documentation, assist with student counselling, and oversee lead management to support business growth. With a strong foundation in finance and a practical, results-oriented approach, I am passionate about building strategic relationships, improving operational efficiency, and creating value through effective business development and client engagement.

A Computer Science graduate from Independent University, Bangladesh, with professional experience in software engineering, backend development, and academic research. At Foreign Step, he leads application operations, supports students throughout the university application process, and oversees IT initiatives. Combining technical expertise with analytical and problem-solving skills, he is committed to helping students navigate international education opportunities and achieve their academic goals.
